I’ve considered changing my parking business to someone else. PS has increased prices, lowered quality of service, lowered benefits free days and platinum rates.
Hope management can learn from this and fix this.

Long walk from baggage claim to the pick up location at DFW.
There is alwasy a long wait for the shuttle to pick you up once you have retrieved you rbags from the baggage claim area and walked a long ways to the shuttle pick up location at DFW.
Quick entry quick construction on where to go or I'll and quick bus to take us to the airport friendly both ways departure and arrival and easy exit when we were done
