Wonderful experience! The shuttle was on time both ways and actually was right at the pick up spot when I walked out of baggage claim. The driver was very helpful and courteous. I had the same driver both directions and he was so sweet. I appreciate the coupon you sent to me via email which gave me a fantastic discount and encouragment to try the new West location, which I preferred over your South location.
