Love parking at the North lot for over 20 years. I like that the bus is quick to meet you and greet you and take your luggage or assist you with the luggage. Drivers are always helpful and kind. I highly recommend this parking.

Going to the airport was great - the staff was supportive and extremely helpful with my bags. The problem was when I returned from the airport. The staff member dropped me off about 1/2 a row from my actual car. Why do we give them are card with the row and car spot location if they are not going to drop us off at our actual car.

Departure: The lady at the front was competent and the driver was caring, patient, helpful, and he arrived so fast that he had to wait for me to get on the shuttle and even asked me to check to see if the gate number has changed and it did so good thing he told me to check. The parking space is wide, the cover over the cars are wide, the parking lot and shuttle are clean. Return: the shuttle was already there when I arrived, she was friendly and fast and dropped me off to my car. There is free car wash available and free water too. To exit, you just scan the ticket to show that you have already paid online and exit.
