Drivers are courteous and helpful. The shuttles pass through the parking areas frequently. it is nice to not have to wait for too long.

It would be nice for some direction inside the airport as to where the Parking Spot shuttles pick people up to take them to their vehicles.

We find The Parking Spot to be very convenient, efficient and cost effective. It is a very well run, smooth operation from beginning to end of the trip!

Ease of making reservations, bus picks us up and drops us off at our car, drivers help with luggage on and off the bus, and the short wait time to be picked up at the airport after our arrival.

The drivers were friendly. Timely pick-up and return to my car. This was a pleasant experience. I've had reservations about the Parking spot since they purchased Park N Fly Plus. I didn't particularly care that me days earned through Park n Fly Plus were removed and not carried over to the new company. Overall, a great experience.

I like that you can schedule online and pay online. Once you get to the facility, everything is very smooth: a quick pickup, help with the luggage, and a direct ride to the airport. I also like that the return from the airport runs quickly; there is minimal time to wait for a shuttle.

Labeled parking spots. And the fact that the spot gives us a little ticket so it’s easy to find the car when we are back. Friendly staff.

The only issue we came across was when we arrived we were very uncertain and unclear where to go to park and the signage seemed to go on for a while until we finally came across a van.

Easy and convienent! Pricing can be a bit higher than others around but with a coupon or discount this is hands down the best parking spot around!

It’s so easy to park and be picked up then driven to the airport. The driver arrives within minutes!! They give you a card with your parking spot number! When returning it’s just as simple.

When entering, there was a very friendly woman greeting me at the gate and explained how to enter and what to expect when leaving. This was very helpful since it was my first time using your service. Was easy to find a spot to park. The bus came at a reasonable time. Upon returning back, the bus came quickly and the bus drive was super nice and helped us with our bags. I remember his name was Fish. He took us right to our spot. The QR code worked well exiting the gate and paying with the credit card went smoothly. I was very pleased with how easy it was and happy that the digital exiting went without a hiccup as I've had trouble with other parking sites at other airports where the gate doesn't work well. Your app is easy to use as well.

I appreciate being able to reserve a parking place and having the shuttle waiting for me in the lot next to my parking spot. I feel safe and know that I will always be on time arriving at DIA. As well, I have never had issues with the South lot shuttle picking me up at DIA within a reasonable time to get me back to my car. And the prices are reasonable.
