Dependable in that you contact me yearly. Shaun was great this year and spent a lot of time. He went into the crawl space which I did not realize was part of the inspection. Had good comments about work that might be necessary and consequently we need some updating after an inspection.
I had a truly top notch experience with Terminex of Spruce Pine. Chris and Josh and the team came highly recommended, and they did a great job both with a long overdue wildlife exclusion project and with getting ongoing pest control set up. They accommodated my unforgiving travel schedule, working to complete the wildlife exclusion project in the damp cold. They also went above on getting pest control services set up, answering my many questions related to the various experiences I have had here at the cabin that is both fairly remote and has also been neglected for some time and therefore has a variety of pest control issues needing remediation. I already see an improvement and am grateful to this team for the good service.

Every quarter I look forward to seeing Randy, because he is friendly and always asks if there is anything he can help me with. He mentions changing a light bulb for me, and at age 90 doing that is a BIG help for me. When he was last here, he straightened an overhead light fixture for me that was dangling from the ceiling. Wonderful!
