Close Friends of mine know and trust the man who provides termite, carpenter bee, etc. protection. He came by while I was visiting one of my friends and I had a chance to talk with him. In this area, you are subject to serious problems that will destroy the investment in your property if you don't protect it from the insects. You have to have someone who is diligent if you want to protect yourself.

Customer service is great! I have only had to call to have an extra treatment 2, maybe 3 times in 17 years. Each time, Eric came out and took care of the issue in a timely manner. The people working in the office are always on the ball and are extremely helpful and pleasant. Solicitors from other companies come by and ask me to give them a try - I always tell them Eric from Terminix is my bug guy and I am very happy with the service at Terminix.
