What I appreciate most about my experience with Terminix is the exceptional service I received from Dan Stevenson. I initially reached out to Terminix for a free inspection, and from the very beginning, Dan was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and, most importantly, honest about the situation at my home.
He took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured into purchasing services I did not need. His honesty and knowledge are ultimately what prompted me to hire Terminix for the job. If it had not been for Dan and the trust he established during that initial inspection, I probably would not have chosen Terminix for my pest-control needs. I wanted to give him my business because I genuinely felt that I could trust his recommendations and that he cared about helping me make my new home safe and bug-free.

Explaining what they are doing, it was raining they day the technician promise to come back and spray outside the next day. I wasn’t home the next day I hope the technician did return and spayed the next day.

I like the services of Terminix in many ways. First being the friendly technician and the interaction with the customer. Also, the quality of the service even after they leave if you have a problem, they will come back out to address the problem. I have used Terminix in the pass and never had an issue with the services. You can even call and ask questions which is a plus.
I really like the agent/technician that comes to do my inspections. It's the same person every time, and I am comfortable asking him questions or discussing any pest problems that I have.
