Ease of scheduling appointments. Dale is always on time, actually he's always early. He is courtesy and friendly. I don't have issues between appointments with insects. Maybe a few spiders but that's to be expected. Getting the email reminders to schedule the appointments is a great help.
I highly recommend the spruce pine team with amber and Taylor they are service oriented and whenever we have an issue which fortunately is rare they are very knowledgeable and supportive

I really wish he would let me know when he would come so that we can let him in the entire house. I’m not sure if I’ve given him the pass code to enter and I’d like for him to leave some mouse sticky pads when he comes.

He super communicates, as far as when he is arriving, when he is here, etc. And then also explains everything to me in person so I can make sure my pets are okay. Just a very nice guy who also knows what he's doing.
We are very happy with Terminix. We have utilized their services for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Not only do we utilize their pest and termite control but in addition, we had them encapsulated our crawl space along with a sumppump. They have made a huge difference, especially in times of heavy rainfall.
