Christopher Charles came as my technician on my appointment he was very prompt in fact a little early which I didn't mind I was ready. He did a very good job in cleaning under my awnings and on my back porch. You stayed on task and was very polite and courteous. The visit went well.

I like that you are consistent in showing up every year. Your techs are friendly and informative all the time. Change I don’t like this year. In the past the tech would show up inspect under the house and then check all bait stations around the house. But this year after checking under the house the tech told me someone else would come by and check the bait stations. I was told by the office that they didn’t have but 3 readers for the bait stations. The Tech told me he had everything he has always had to do the job. The office lied to me. Why would you send 2 trucks to 1 house to do a job either one of the techs could have done alone ? 2 service calls cost more than 1. You’re wasting money sending 2 trucks to the same house. If your making to much money you can cut my rate. I want argue with you. Great service but this change doesn’t make sense.
