Terminix Service provides very significant support to this household and has for many years. All major services as Crawl Space Humidity Control (Encapsulated), Termite Control, Pest Control and Mosquito Control are critical to home maintenance and provided by Terminix. Staff is equally important and those at Rabin Road Branch are very dedicated in the pursuit of professionalism and the highest levels of service. Lisa Weiland, Customer Care Specialist, set the initial visit for the Supervisor Josh Weeks on September 24th. Josh is exceptional. He called and reconfirmed the time. Called when close to the house and arrived on time. It was raining, but he told me he would accomplish the crawl space inspection and then the mosquito bait stations. The pest control service would be accomplished on September 30th which supports my personal calendar. Josh in addition to being an exceptionally skilled technician is equally skilled as a communicator. Can explain in laymen's terms what he will accomplish, how he will accomplish a task and then executes to complete the task. At the conclusion reviews tasks, conditions and standards. It is a privilege to have some one of his stature deliver these critical services. My highest recommendation for this branch and entire staff.

Doug always calls to tell me he’s coming and ask if I’ve had any bug sittings.
Your termite guy, however showed up unannounced, stood sideways so I couldn’t see the logo on his shirt, didn’t identify himself and mumbled why he was here. I had to ask him to repeat himself twice, then he turned so I caught sight of the Terminix logo and asked him if he was here to look at the traps.
In my opinion, Doug keeps you in business.
