Terminix actually sent their manager to complete our February treatment while there was still ice on parts of our driveway. I call that dedication! We received the usual thorough service.

Brad was our "Bug Guy" for many years. He became friends with our dogs, and he even helped my daughter (she was probably 8 at the time) hunt for a snake that she ran over with her bike. He reassured her that it probably wouldn't come out of the woods again. I hated to hear that he retired. William took his place and we are happy to have him. We have known him for years due to him servicing our termite bait traps. It is really nice to have consistency with the service guys. Thank you for all that you do to keep our house pest free.
Ishmael provides excellent customer service. The office staff is always friendly when I call! I am a very satisifed and would highly recommend. I have other pest control companies ringing my doorbell and asking me to make a change. I never consider the offers!
