I have given them permission to take care of the external spraying plus the Termite annually when I am not there. I have not had any issues. They notify me before they go.
We moved into our home in South Park 2 years ago. Soon discovered small ants now and then entering the home. We were told this area is a gigantic ant hill...some of our neighbors just live with it.
Willie Klein was assigned to our home about 6m into it. A year later, knock on wood...the issue is gone.
It took a lot of effort and many trips by Willie, however his dedication, knowledge and experience have prevailed.
You don't have to just live with the pesky little black ants. You just need the right service and technician.
