Great service
The fellow who has been coming to the house for the last several times has been excellent; he has performed his duties as called for and is extremely polite and informative. There was a problem with several bugs we found around, and we showed him one and asked for some ype of treatment to help exterminate them.
There is one problem, and it has nothing to do with him, and that is our monitor for the humidifier, installed in the crawl space, had repeatedly conked out after its installation. Another man came and took it back to the office to check it out, and now, several weeks later, it has not been returned to us.
Secondly, there was a leak in the cellar area. After hiring a plumber for a hefty sum, it was discovered that the leak came from your humidifier.
After the leak was supposedly fixed, it now seems it is leaking again.
We can not get under there anymore due to our age, and we really don't want standing water under our house.
Can you please look into this matter and see that the problem is taken care of?
