We have had success as the pest control and termite services are doing as advertised. That is the pests all seem to be well controlled. Additionally we are very well satisfied with our current technician Sean Hawes (Turtle). We also liked Brendon who we understand was promoted to another office.
Employees are courteous and reliable.
Our service guy Glen does an excellent job. He takes his time to inspect every area of our home , inside and outside.
I feel the amount you charge is high just to inspect and it continues to go up every year. You used to spray years ago and at least I felt we were getting something for our money. I feel you should keep the price lower for just an inspection vs spraying.
Terminix Brevard is a super reliable service that we have used for years. Our home is bug free and the prices are fair.

Paul White is among the very best service providers we have had in our40+ years of owning a home. He is smart, responsive and has always been there when needed. It’s a pleasure seeing him.
It works for pest control. We have used Terminix for 15 years and rarely have bugs in our house. Most of the time, we may see 1 to 2 bugs during a 3-month period. Whitney has done our house for the last 6-9 months and we haven't seen a bug inside during that time.
