Our tech that came to inspect the termite traps and inspect the house inside and out was very polite, kind, looked me in the eye.
Finding those bate traps is not easy...usually the techs leave the pine straw, rocks, furniture wherever. Our guy left everything as it was! I wouldn't have known he moved the obstacles in the way of the traps, if I wasn't home when he did the inspection.
By far the best job we've had done in years! And we've been working with Terminex for termite control for nearly 35 years in our various homes.
