The friendliness of techs
The fire ant treatment seems to work real well. Josh is out here to do that twice a year, I think. He's here 4 times a year doing the regular pest control, and once a year to check the termite devices. Josh is a really knowledgeable guy who always seems to have a smile on his face and answers any questions I have. The lady I deal with most times is Meagan, I believe and she is great, too.

They're nice and polite always come when they say they are and in my opinion they do an amazing job when they come they've been coming to my house for about a year now maybe more their pricing is good like I said I've never had a complaint I wouldn't go with nobody else
my service man is excellent. My only problem with terinix is the billing. Why do I need a password to pay bill? Just tell me what I owe and I'll pay it.
