Great communication with the Tech and Customer Care Kailee. Kailee explained everything in depth and honestly. Very surprising for today's world. No push, no stress decision making. Tech explained everything that he was doing while he was on site and was enjoyable to chat with. Recommend both 10/10.
We recently restarted the quarterly service contract with Terminix and we did this for two main reasons. First, the service technician, Austin, is extremely conscientious and service focused. He patiently explains what his objective for the visit is and how he will perform the service. Second, we saw a benefit in the quarterly service after halting the contract approximately a year ago. We saw an increase in insect activity around the house without the service.
I am very well pleased with Terminix services. Brian Cantrell has done a super job.
