Jacob is always prompt and friendly. I almost always have questions or odd requests (i.e. save the good bug eating spiders), and he is patient and has helpful information. The office staff is equally friendly and I appreciate that they do not have an AI receptionist. It's always much preferred to speak to a helpful human!
