I had a bad experience with another company and am so glad that I called Terminix. Dale was my first contact. Even though he is a supervisor he came same day to respond to my active termites. Then Jennifer came for pest control. Both were extremely friendly and acted like they really care. Plus the service pricing for termite and pest control was reasonable. They came on time and got everything I wanted done
