When we do commit to an extra service, he is very up front about what the costs are and what the treatment will do, like the mosquito treatment last summer.
Their treatments are very effective. The staff are always prompt and friendly. They were hired to prevent termites from infesting my entirely wood home. They spotted carpenter bees and suggested I treat the exterior for them. They bore holes in the wood which is followed by wood peckers which destroy large sections of wood. Fortunately the treatment for them is now part of my scheduled treatments.
