She’s very friendly and instantly makes you comfortable. She actually answers the phone when you call which is a rare to these days. She’s definitely a huge asset to the business. My service man is Andrew. He is very accommodating and goes above and beyond to service your home. He’s very friendly and does a great job. I have used them for eight years now and never had an issue with any service or any person that I’ve dealt with through Terminix in Anderson, South Carolina. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs pest control service.

Mark is always extremely friendly when he comes. I never have any issues, and if I do, all I need to do is call and it's handled. Mark always talks to you like a real person and never makes me feel like he's here to just do a job and be gone. The office staff is also exceptional. I've never had to worry about anything when I call.
