I like the same tech that has been coming to my house for years. He treat me with so much respect. He has always helped me with all of my problems. He’s working on my problem now with roaches of which I’ve never had until I started working in a home that has plenty of bugs. He has told me the dogs and the don'ts and I am truly following all his instructions. I have great faith in him and I know this problem will go away because he helped me in the past on how to get rid of mice which were coming into our home at different times of the seasons of the year. He is great. His name is Troy.

Your service is fine other than the fact that when your service provider leaves my home I have to wipe everything he picks up and handles with disinfectant wipes. Whatever he sees that interested him he picks up and examines it then puts down. With flu season and germs since the service man has been in other homes can bring those germs into my home isn't good. He doesn't even ask to picks up these things.I am not upset with him but am concerned that if he does this with me then he could be doing this with other elderly people and they could become ill.
Always prompt.takes care of the roaches so there is no issues with them. Gets spider webs as well.
The technician is always on time and is thorough. He is very professional and knowledgeable.

Scott Magruder is the person who provides service. He is excellent and I have been a client of Terminix for 26 years and Scott has been the serviceman at both my residences. If I was not happy with the service provided, I would have cancelled long ago.

I like Terminix but I really am impressed with Richie Altman! He called saying he may be late but still got here on time. If he says he will be here if I have issues or fix a problem it is a guarantee. He comes through with what he promises. He makes Terminix the company worth investing in.
Very consistent year after year. Techs are through and go the extra mile. Polite, knowledgeable and only a small price increase in 15 years.

I scheduled a Terminix visit after finding rat droppings in our bathroom during a remodel. Daniel arrived on time, quickly confirmed what we’d found, and immediately took care of the problem by installing bait traps. I’m grateful to Terminix and Daniel for helping us keep the rodents away!
