Promptness, informative, and polite. Hunter explained several things to me and informed me of other services Terminix can do, but he didn’t give me a huge sales pitch. Of the various men who have come over the years, he has been the most helpful.
I've had terminix for years in different states. They have always been prompt, courtesy, and they will return after a service again if any thing is needed to fix the service I've already had to rectify the issue. I am very pleased with the service with terminix and have never had any issues for years... They get the most stars from me.

I am glad you contact us when it is time to have someone to come out. Don came this time to our house and he is truly a great person. He sprayed around the house putting granules around the house and sprayed in mole holes around here and they quickly died. He sprayed around my windows and would do cobwebs if i had any.

We appreciate that we can schedule the services to be performed at a time that fits our schedule. We appreciate that we had the same person doing the service here for almost a year, Adam, and how professional and friendly he was, quick to answer any questions we had. This year our representative was Nikki and she, too, was friendly and professional. Hopefully she will be our "bug gal" for a while.
