Just had our first pest control service from our new service tech, Michelle Light. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. We have been using Terminix for over 30 years. While having several different techs over the past few years, I hope that Michelle will stay assigned to our account for many more. She represents Terminix very well.
