Everything, The Local Terminix representative (Leo Fronzak) is very respectful, calls to setup an appointment that meets your schedule, calls a few days before the appointment to ensure the appointment still meets your schedule, and always shows up on time.
I have the Terminix Full Service. This is where Terminix places the bait stations around your house and also comes inside and sprays. Since, having Terminix I have not seen any ants, scorpions, terminates or other pest in or around the house.
I recommend Terminix for any Home, Office, or Business.

Ron Woods, our Terminex professional, is providing us with excellent service to assist in keeping our home free of vermin. Neighbors have recently had their attic spaces invaded with mice and rats. Fortunately, our place is pest free, and we are relying on Ron's expertise to keep it that way. Ron is very knowledgeable and thorough in the many ways he does his job, and I have learned a lot about what is required to gain peace of mind as it relates to sharing the Lowcountry with all the critters that lived here first. In addition, while Ron was inspecting our attic for pests, he also discovered a significant leak coming from our roof! Had it not been for his diligence, that leak would not have been discovered before causing serious damage.
The representative, Mason, arrived earlier than the appointed time after he called to offer early service. He was friendly, courteous, and professional, and answered all my questions and addressed all concerns about various locations bugs and mice. He thoroughly inspected the attic, all room in the house, and the entire perimeter. He even wore shoe booties to ensure that outside dirt wasn’t tracked into the house. I was very pleased with the service provided.
