Always on time. Girls are always polite, and receptive to my suggestions . However, there are always a couple of things that get missed....but not always the same things. For example, last week, the black shiny tiles at my front and side doors were totally left unclean. As I don't go around inspecting the job as they leave ( I feel that that is a bit insulting them) it does become frustrating when I catch the problem later.
