When I ask the team from Merry Maids to either clean, dust under the furniture or vacuum thoroughly when they are scheduled at our home, they always do good work completing my request.

The teams work well together, and need little direction from the home-owner after the initial visits. And if there is something that we would like to get some extra attention we can request it, such as cleaning a shelving unit with lots of ornaments - we'll shift them to a table before the visit so that the shelves can be cleaned then we just put back.
The house is always clean and fresh after a visit. The products used are nice in that there is no harsh chemical smells yet they are effective. And for your staff, because they bring the supplies they know how to use the products and strength to apply.

I love to return home on the day following a visit from the team, it is such a great pleasure to have my place clean and sparkling.
If I have any questions about the products being used in our home, the ladies from Merry Maids always answer these questions, also they do a very thorough work of vacuuming and dusting when working inside our house.
The team has a book that explains what is particular about my requirements and preferences. I am difficult but Merry Maids meets my needs.
In the past if I have had left a few dishes in the sink, the cleaner washed them. This time the cleaner washed the sink and put the dirty dishes back in it. Odd thing to do.
The team came in and expertly cleaned & dusted and washed our home. It looks and smells great.

We were very happy about the services provided by Merry Maids right from our initial contact. All communications were very clear and responses were prompt. An assessment was done to provide an estimate of the cost for a Move Out clean and the final price was as quoted.
Our home required cleaning for two floors and the finished basement. On the day of the cleaning the cleaners arrived as arranged. They clearly worked very hard and the house was very clean. There were no harsh scents in the house following the clean. The house was gleaming. We were very satisfied. Perhaps the best feedback comes from the real estate agent for the new owners who came for a final viewing of the house after the Merry Maids cleaning had been done. He stated that he had never seen a house look so clean. We were so happy to be able to leave the house in such a clean state for the new owners. Thank you Merry Maids.
