The women were very efficient and highly competent. I was moving from my home and wanted to take all of my cleaning equipment and supplies with me on the moving van. Merry Maids brought all of the equipment needed for the final cleaning with them and they were appropriate. An excellent job was accomplished in record time.
My husband prides himself as being the ultimate/immaculate house cleaner.

I LIKE THE FACT THAT I HAVE A CONTINUING LADY CLEANING MY APT. I LOVE COMING IN AS THEY’RE READY TO LEAVE AND SEEING EVERYTHING SHINING. THERE ARE ALWAYS TWO PEOPLE AND THE SECOND PERSON MIGHT BE IN TRAINING, BUT THEY DO A GOOD JOB. SO FAR THEY HAVE DONE EVERYTHING I ASK THEM TO DO.
THEIR CLEANING PRODUCTS ARE ALL NATURAL, SO OUR HOME DOESN’T SMELL WEIRD OR AWFUL AS YOU WALK IN.
THEY BRING THEIR OWN POWERFUL VACUUM,
WITH THIS SMALL APT. IT DOESNT TAKES HOURS TO CLEAN. THEY ALWAYS ARRIVE ON TIME AND LEAVE IN
I really feel comfortable with Robert cleaning our house. I bump into him every once in ak while and he is always open to areas that I would liked cleaned.

Think it was all good,, but the products didn't really clean our wood floors
hi robert- as i mentioned there was alot going on here when robert and yulia cleaned, too many distractions, they missed picking up the scatter rugs in bathrooms and master and shaking out, also forgot to vacumm the 2nd floor family room area carpet or maybe just didn' t have a beater attachment on their vacumm. Missed cleaning several glass tops with windex. I will be getting central vac and think it will do a better job than those backpack vacumms, don't see how they can have much power running on a battery.

I like the timely arrival, 2 dedicated cleaners who know our needs, everything is clean and fresh when they are finished, I like that you don't use harsh chemicals but more natural products.
the ladies were very courteous and friendly and receptive to questions and requests. For instance, I noticed that a pink stain spot had built up on a small portion on the bathroom tiles and they got it out even though I had been unable to in the past and they really worked hard with enthusiasm to clean my floor tile grout in the kitchen and bathroom, a job which I know is not easy. The products are easy on the environment and have no lingering offensive smell.

Always a fresh neutral smell - it just smells clean - no scent or fragrance.
It's always a pleasure to come home to find everything cleaned, dusted, and washed. You know you won't have to take up a good chunk of the week-end doing house-cleaning chores!
PRODUCTS SEEM TO DO THE JOB : THE CHROMES SHINE, AND ALL THE PORCELAIN SURFACES TOO. THEY ARE SCENT LESS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY I AM BEING SERVED.
