Such a refreshing feeling to come home and see the house after Merry Maids have been in. With my long work hours I just can no longer clean the way Merry Maids do and the 2 staff that come in our so friendly and work so hard to get things done.

Chris in East York is great to deal with and provides excellent customer service. Great price too. The only reason I'm not giving a 10 is because occasionally the cleaners will miss little things like cobwebs in corners and on window sills.

After long days at work, it's always great to come home to a clean place. The only thing now is that the rates have gone up twice in the last five months. We have had no raises at work for the last three years so I am a little price-sensitive. Whenever one thing goes up, I have to cut somewhere else or cut/reduce the service. This is on my mind this month.

Ladies who come into our home are lovely. Our dogs love them. We showed ladies where the dog treats were and told them to feel free to give to doggies.
I find it very convenient that they bring all tools with them. So much easier.
If I call with a concern, it is always addressed immediately.
We are trying vinegar and water right now on our floors. Ladies felt this might be better choice. I left them a full bottle of vinegar under sink and told them to just help themselves to any products they find under there. We are pretty well stocked.

It is most helpful that when cleaning our home, I can ask for cleaning and vacuuming to be a priority and at other times dusting and vacuuming underneath furniture.
The floors came out so clean without using harsh chemicals. I also appreciated that they did not ignore details like cupboard handles and shelves in the shower. Overall I found the ladies to be nice and they really left the house looking clean.
The ladies are good at what they are here for and on time. The products are great.
The ladies all did an amazing job of everything we asked to have done. One minor complaint only, you can tell they didn't reach to the top of the cupboards in the kitchen as you can see the different. The 100 other tasks they did were amazing. I would honestly recommend them and the company to others.

We were very satisfied with the work that was done. I was especially surprised to find that they managed to get out 95% of the mold spots in our bathtub, which I was actually unsuccessful with just the week before. Would like to know what they used that worked! Also, a lot of little things done right...even surprised they washed our dishes from breakfast that was a really nice touch.
Thank your team they really were awesome and we need to schedule in date after the holidays to come back, do the basement, etc.
