Always smells fresh, however I do have the team use 3 of my products.
It would be good for them to be sure that they have completed their list of items they are to do when they are at the house. The have missed vacuuming under the master bed sometimes.

I like that Merry Maids bring everything with them to clean the house...vacuum, mops, cleaning products etc! So much easier! It's great that they call the day before to give me an approximate arrival time. And it's so great that they are ok with our 2 dogs to be out and about while they are there. It makes it so easy. Everyone on staff is very polite and accommodating.

What more can you say when you come home to a clean home? In just over an hour, they do what would take me a couple of days or more. Frees up my time! It's well worth the cost.

After calling around to get an estimate on a deep clean of my brother's home, Chris Tsai, the very personable owner was the only one who offered to come see the house; see what the job entailed! He went through each room with me and made me feel very confident about the thoroughness of the clean! The gals who did the clean were lovely and very respectful of the house. The house looked and smelled great!! Chris checked in with them during the clean and after the job was finished emailed me about the job and asked if there was anything that was missed.
Nothing missed. Great owner + wonderful staff = a very happy client!!

It is very nice that the Merry Maids team, when they arrive at my home, ask what needs most to be done in the house, i.e. dusting, cleaning or vacuuming and then work towards providing the most needed service in my house.
The Maids were very thorough - and the products they use keep our home cleaner for longer (compared to the products WE use when doing it ourselves).
