I love the walks to the school park and the public library. I love that the pool is on site and is incorporated several times per week.
We very much enjoyed our swim instructor at the southwest ymca. He had a lot of energy and was great at connecting with my child. Highly recommend him for lessons.

Water aerobics
SO far I only do the 9:15 to 10:00 work out class that does balance, weights, ect. I love the staff that teaches us, they really give you great work out it is also so much fun. I feel so good when I'm through. Rita Sandel

I like the Silver Sneakers 8:15 classes Monday through Friday. Jackie is a fantastic instructor! I appreciate the extra group activities offered to the seniors such as Friday coffee, pot luck luncheons, walk to lunch day, picnics, fitness challenges to earn a t-shirt, pickle ball instruction, etc. Southwest YMCA is an excellent place to stay fit and socialize. Thank you for all you do!
There are programs and activities for all ages.
I really enjoy working with RylieMoler, personal trainer. Rylie keeps me interests and is a great motivator to get me to the YMCA regularly.
Silver Sneakers programs and activities.

Love Silver sneakers, Aquacise and chair yoga . I have a lower back issue and these have really help my back. The instructors are helpful with giving advise on how to do the exercises without hurting injured or diseased body parts
