Fun classes, very clean
Classes that are great for Seniors
I love the opportunity for the kids to learn, get to know other kids, spending time as driends/playmates while learning a sport and staying active while learning social skills, responsibilities, teamwork etc. Specially thanks to Coach Ryan Power that invest his time no just coaching his son but other kids, with love patient and while they have fun. I see them laughing, learning, growing not just physically but mentally and socially. So thank you for all you do Mr. Power and YMCA
Lexi at southwest location is extremely helpful. Programs offered are a great way to introduce kids to new sports. Prices are very reasonable and scheduling is convenient. Very impressed all around.
Alicia is fun and motivating with the exercises she has carefully considered for the optimum strengthening of the geriatric population!
Everyone is helpful and friendly-staff and members alike.
This year we signed up for basketball. The teammates have gotten along and worked together so well. The scheduling of practices and games have been good and consistent. I really like the oath that the players have to say prior to the game.
Group classes for seniors…Silver Sneakers, both classic strength and low impact cardio options. Chair Yoga options. The additional community activities for seniors.
One practice and one game per week
It's a good way for kids to start playing sports
The Livestrong program is a wonderful opportunity for cancer survivors to get back to the gym!!
Great for young kids
They have classes geared to the older adult. They have great instructors and friendly staff.
Silver Sneekers is fun and gets me moving. Plus...lots of new ffriends
Friendly staff, clean towels, not too crowded (most of the time), amenities and options, and price. Surrounded by people that I feel comfortable being around and working out around. I love that most days when I have a long run, I can grab a quick coffee before heading down to the treadmills. I recommend it to everyone. I've had disappointing experiences with other health clubs around their offerings and pricing and practices, and YMCA is night and day better.
Great staff and instructors!
Pickleball, group power, holiday parties
There are a variety of programs available. So it is just a matter of picking one that works for you.
Seniors are valued with many options, both exercise and social interaction. Jackie Wattenhoeffer does a magnificent job managing the senior program!
It’s a great atmosphere for kids and facilitating new friendships.
We love the swim program at Southwest YMCA. Ms Rylie is an amazing director and swim teacher for our autistic son.

We are currently enjoying the homeschool PE class you offer on Wednesdays. Thank you so much!
I use the main gym area, but it is always active in the other areas which is great to see!
Love your pool

There is some type of program available for all ages and physical abilities. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive to your particular needs and limitations.
Times and schedule work for me.

I just use the equipment so far, but the people I talk to that take classes are very excited about them, and motivated
