I can order as needed not on a schedule. In the winter my driveway is not always plowed so getting deliveries only when I call is nice. 200 gal minimum purchase a year is nice. I buy 400-450 gals a year even tho the tank is a 500 gal one.
Downeast has always been reliably, promptly and courteously responsive to any inquiries or requests that I've made with respect to oil or propane deliveries and service at either my Winthrop or Harpswell residences.

Someone is always available to help. Your service department is courteous prompt and knowledgeable. Deliveries are usually on time but I need all 3 tanks checked each time.
There is good personal service.
Don't charge a minimum use fee to residential propane customers who pay their bill quickly.
