I feel like whatever you say you are going to do, you actually do. Even though sometimes it's not super easy to find out info (sometimes I get stuff from Superior, sometimes Downeast, etc.), the info itself seems reliable. I feel confident that you will deliver oil when I need it, and that means a lot.
All of the staff worked with me to set up my new propane and heating oil account. They were all friendly local people. I have a small lot and I appreciate that they worked with me to find a good spot for the propane tanks.

When we have called for service it has been scheduled in a timely manner and provided in a friendly manner.
The only thing that has not been provided is a monitor for our propane tank that was requested.
We will be using more propane this year as we no longer are using the pellet stove.
