The new website is very user friendly and gives you more detail than the old platform used too. When or if you have to call the staff are very friendly and you're getting someone who is local and not someone sitting in some other state or country and not understanding your needs. I also have great peace of mind knowing I will have heating oil whenever I need it.
Along with scheduled delivery, we have our heating system inspected every year and service is there if we detect a problem.

Reliable- or you were before being sold to a new company- Don't know how reliable you will be going forward......usually the annual clean and check visit would have happened by now- it didn't..so I worry about heat this Winter.
