When I needed an emergency oil delivery, the woman who took my call was professional, friendly, and eager to make it happen. Even though she wasn't the person who covers my area. she followed up when she didn't hear back from the usual dispatcher (who was out sick) and got through to the correct people to make sure we got what we needed and weren't without heat.
