The service we received on Sept. 1st was promptly and professionally delivered. The service person explained all aspects of the job and proceeded to carry out the work as described. The site was left clean and neat. This service call was promptly scheduled even though it was given on short notice. Many thanks for a job well done.
Hopefully my bill for propane will be taken care of the way it should with employees discount like I was told.

I’ve been with this company for 40 years. The customer service has always been great. I do miss being able to see the people in the office when making my monthly budget payments and being on a first name basis with the staff.

I like the quick responsive customer service. I am very happy with the Service department including their knowledge of the entire system I have and the ability to fix or update any equipment or supplies that I may need. The Customer service was great for a question I had on the website. The Accounting Department was informative when I moved in and needed to figure out balances after purchasing a home and understanding the new account and how it works.
