I love working out at the Downriver YMCA. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean. There is a good variety of free weights and machines, and I love the pool. The Y isn't just a gym, it's a facility that serves the community.

I love my YMCA ! It is easy to pay for the membership and the rates are good. My Y is clean, modern and spacious. I have all of the exercise machines I could ever dream of; and they are clean and well kept. I have access to many classes that are free with my membership. My only complaint is that the classes are usually beginner level and never go beyond that. I would love to be able to go to the next level in YOGA but they keep repeating the same stuff. I would like to have a Karate class but those classes are only offered to kids; don't you think us adults might like to have some Karate training? But, I love my Y; and the people are nice. YEAH...I would tell anyone to come on over to the YMCA!!!!

I like that they have a deep pool that I can do exercises in because I have Fibromyalgia.
The Downriver is a welcoming and inviting facility. Their staff is very friendly, and the members are interested in supporting everyone else.
