This is a great facility. The staff is helpful and always friendly. It’s super clean and always has plenty of sanitizer bottles around for cleaning the machines. The exercise classes are fun but also give you a good workout also plenty of variety. It costs more than most gyms but for what they offer it’s money well spent.

We belong to silver sneakers and we joined the Y last May in Southgate and we love all the equipment and the classes it’s a great way for my husband and myself to stay fit. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Someone is always cleaning something. This is a hard building to keep clean. The maintenance people are doing a good job.

I like the personal trainer for my work outs, learning about how to use the equipment from one of the people who works there, the walking track when the weather doesn’t support walking outside.

I enjoy it here. An addition of a stairclimber machine such as the kind at the Boll Family YMCA would be awesome. And longer weekend hours would be nice too. Other than that, it's a wonderful gym!

I like the cleanliness of the facility. I like how the staff is very well informed and answers most every question I ask.
Staff helpful and clean
I can use the barcode checkin without spending a lot of time checking in and out. Your arm bike Machine is too close to the building column and I can't adjust the seat far enough back to use the machine comfortably
Water aerobics helped my knee swelling go down.

Close to home
I have joined with the silver sneakers on several days and enjoyed it greatly. I also walk on the track several times a week. Hope o enjoy the pool soon,
The Cycling classes on Tuesday's and Thursday's are my favorite!! Amy is the best Instructor!!
