The running/walking track is my favorite aspect of the Downriver Y. Winter running is tough with the cold and ice. So many other options as well. Love the new lockers!

I enjoy the work out in the deep water exercise class. Lid I really appreciate all the friends I have made at the Y. We really have fun together and support each other.

The Southgate Y is a friendly and welcoming place. The staff is always willing to help. The other people who use the facilities are so nice.
My sister and I use the pool to exercise a few times a week and we love it. Our work encourages us to find an exercise routine and we have found ours. We love the YMCA!
