Plenty of options for our family, and we've enjoyed a number of classes: deep water fitness, step classes, Zumba, and cardio drumming. We've also enjoyed lap swimming and the gym.

My experience was much better than I thought.Everything was very clean and everyone was spaced far enough apart.I was extremely hesitant to go back to the gym but happy I did.Masks are required and everyone I saw was masked up.As long as everyone does what they’re supposed to we can all get back to normal.
I like the silver sneakers program. Jenna does a great job. I only wish it was three days a week.

I recently retired and one of the things I was going to do is join the Y. I have waited decades to become a member. I am enjoying the swim classes, the ability to reserve a lane to swim laps and all the friends I have been making. The staff is exemplary! They already know my name and greet me every morning I am there, which is Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (sometimes Saturdays). The facility is clean and I feel very comfortable working out during the pandemic. They make sure we maintain our social distance and are very organized. Thank you Southgate "Y". My retirement is so more fun, I more active and getting into the best shape of my life because of you!

A great place for families. Childcare so Mom & Dad can workout while keeping the littles engaged and happy has been our biggest love of the Y and reason we come back. The Y is also not intimidating like other gyms can be. Most love that they Y accommodates everyone in Y the community.
