The staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoy the fitness classes and the instructor Jess is upbeat and funny. Joining the classes is a great motivation for me to continue working out and to push myself.

Need cameras in the parking lot and more than Southgate police patrolling along with a resurface of the lot.
The Y has been a part of life since 1975. The Y is determined to be a vital part of this community. They dont waver from their commitment to people and their families. I pray the Y will be around for many generations to come.
My wife and I were looking for a gym that would offer us the type of equipment we were use to using. The Y has everything we could ask for. It’s also nice that the Y accepts payment from our health insurance.
