I really enjoy the exercise classes. I wish there was more variety such as adding yoga classes. Also I wish the time they start were spread out instead of back to back. I would like to take the swimming aerobics after the body pump but there isn’t enough time between classes.

I love everything about the Y, what I don't like is being told that we have to leave the sauna, dressing area when the children are there for camp. Couldn't they use the family dressing room instead, and not inconvenience the seniors. The sauna is part of ny physical therapy.

I love the chair/yoga class and the gym. (Although they haven’t fixed the abs machine in a while) The gym has all the equipment we need. And the pool is very nice. The locker rooms clean. Love having Silver Sneajers.
I’ve been a member for just over a year now, and The Downriver Family Y has become a lifestyle for me! I’ve met about 25 to 50 new people, I now call friends! It’s a Great pick me up when you go to the “Y” on a day you might be dragging and one or more of your new friends greet you and your day is brighter because of it! The “Y” is such a Great Positive Choice in my life, that I do recommend joining the “Y” to my acquaintances! I Definitely 💯% Recommend The Downriver Family “Y” as the Best Choice and Place to Be! Where else can you be Greeted With Jamie’s (Jay) Million Dollar Smile 😃 at 5:30 am! That’s No Joke!

I really enjoy the Y from the polite and friendly staff like Jamie to the clean and working equipment. The people who come to the Y are friendly. There is a sense of community there.
