I love the chair/yoga class and the gym. (Although they haven’t fixed the abs machine in a while) The gym has all the equipment we need. And the pool is very nice. The locker rooms clean. Love having Silver Sneajers.
I’ve been a member for just over a year now, and The Downriver Family Y has become a lifestyle for me! I’ve met about 25 to 50 new people, I now call friends! It’s a Great pick me up when you go to the “Y” on a day you might be dragging and one or more of your new friends greet you and your day is brighter because of it! The “Y” is such a Great Positive Choice in my life, that I do recommend joining the “Y” to my acquaintances! I Definitely 💯% Recommend The Downriver Family “Y” as the Best Choice and Place to Be! I really enjoy the Y from the polite and friendly staff like Jamie to the clean and working equipment. The people who come to the Y are friendly. There is a sense of community there.

Good place to walk
Always greeted at front desk. Equipment I generally use is usually available when I am there. Have a lot of classes available if interested. Only complaint is many people do not clean equipment after use.

Variety of workout equipment - usually no waiting. Plentiful lockers, locker rooms are clean.
It's very clean. The paper towel dispensers never run out, you keep disinfectant spray handy and I like the workout equipment, rooms, choices and pool.
Very happy with this YMCA, however, I need help changing my password to my mobile app. I have tried many time to receive a email from your website to reset my password and have not received the link from your end, after many attempts.

Really inclusive environment. My son loves the kids activities. Cardio drumming was fun.

Equipment is well maintained and its a clean facility. I could ask for more barbell equipment, maybe some duplicates of popular equipment like the leg extension, lat pulldown. Coming early is normally the key for me.
For the first year I brought my son to the facility and felt like i was able to show him everything he needed to know about bodybuilding w the equipment present.
I only used a couple of the machines but I use the walking track often. I really like all the options available and everyone seems very nice and helpful.
It's friendly, convenient and a good place to workout.
