Silver sneaker classes
The WHOLE experience is great! I have nothing but good things to say because the vibe is ALWAYS inviting. The facility is inspiring to others and the equipment is up to date and the facility STAYS clean!
I really enjoy the chair aerobics and silver sneakers workouts that Gabby does every Mon, Tues, Weds and Thurs mornings. She is really good and has a good attendance.
Y staff are always helpful and courteous also.
The staff are mega friendly and helpful, and while I wish the pool had a little more room, I love that it's open year-round! The gym equipment is always maintained and if a specific machine is out of order, it's usually back up and running within a day!

First time at the Downriver Y and I was SO impressed. The facilities are amazing, every square inch--including the locker and shower area--is beyond clean, and the staff are so friendly and helpful, starting with Associate Executive Director Maria Diaz and going on to the folks at the front desk and the lifeguards. It seems that everyone working at this Y really loves their job and their joy is kind of infectious:)
