I love the YMCA Southgate! It is very clean and the employees are very nice and helpful. It has all of the machines a gym could possibly have. A great place to meet others while keeping in shape.
There are three things that I like about the Southgate YMCA. The staff is very friendly and willing to help everyone. Jamie in the morning is always so pleasant. I enjoy the people who come to the YMCA. They willing to welcome new people who so become old friends. Their gym is clean and in good repair.

The Downriver Y is clean, the workout equipment is well maintained, and the new Pickleball hours on Friday are factors in keeping our Silver and Fit Membership at this facility.
The friendly workers greeting you upon entry and the cleanliness. Everyone seems so helpful and no one bothers you while your in there. Hopefully you will bring back the outside pool!

Very clean family friendly place to spend time away from home, to swim, walk, workout, play in the gym, I also love all of the activities and things offered for children. I would recommend the YMCA for anyone of any age, they will not be disappointed.

Everything is great. It’s comfortable and friendly. The equipment is good& the hot tub is ok wish it was hotter. But I know kids go in it but it’s good.
It’s a GREAT DAILY EXPERIENCE! We get to meet our “New Friends” on a daily basis and better our own health and lives at the same time! The Downriver Family “Y” has made our life experiences better because it has opened new challenges and relationships making our lives better, healthier, and more fulfilling! Enjoy going to use the pool and when I go I take my grandson and he loves to practice basketball and pick up games!
