The energy there is great. Everyone is so much friendlier than other gyms. And the only reason I’m able to go is because of their great child care watch.

Building always clean, members respectful of each other, never over crowded.
The Y has everything for any kind if workout. Swim, weights, aerobics, personal trainers, everything. Pool is first class. I wish more people would apply for lifeguards, so the pool can go back to normal hours. But the Y is awesome!
The hour they are available are very accommodating. The instructors are very good. I enjoy the spin class especially.

I have really enjoyed my experience here at the Y. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It's a great environment for my 3 year old. I just have one negative, childcare is supposed to open at 9am and as a working parent I count on that 9am start so I can get to work on time. They sometimes are late and I can't start my workout until 9:30am. Other than that I really am happy here.
