I love the water aerobics classes. I was never a water person, but since enrolling in these classes I can’t wait to get there. Our leader Nancy guides us thru a great 45 minute workout ! It has renewed my commitment to exercising without the fear of injury. Thank you for providing these classes!!

The Y is organized and offers classes that challenges members to improve their health. People are polite and welcoming. It is clean and there is a wide variety of exercise machines. Adult members can drop their children off for a few hours so they can exercise. In addition, the Y offers summer camp for children.

I enjoy the friendly atmosphere.
However, I am disappointed that the Tuesday cycling class was moved to Monday. I realize WW needs a room, but couldn’t the bikes have been moved to another room to keep the Tuesday/Thursday schedule.🤷♀️
