I love the YMCA of Southgate. My husband and I enjoy working out on the machines. They’re well kept and we don’t have to wait for our turns. The people working there are friendly as well as the othe patrons. Love the yoga dance class and the pool is wonderful. Love our YMCA!!

The group exercise class instructors and all the staff are very good, helpful and friendly. The facility is very clean. My only complaint is that I wish there were more classes options. Please bring yoga back.
The Southgate is a friendly and welcoming place from the staff to the people who come to exercise. It is clean and well maintained facility that welcomes the young as well as the senior citizens.
I love the atmosphere at the Y. Everyone is friendly staff and members. There is diverse group of members age, gender, race and abilities. There are plenty of classes or you can do self lead workouts.

Everything it’s such a great place to visit
I enjoy my time at the Y, and I do try and keep my children engaged but lately it’s been more difficult, I have teenagers and the only thing that seems to be available to them is basketball, even pool time for their age group would be nice, not being judged by older eyes or extra careful of the young ones. What’s going on with the slide? And the rock climbing wall? Life guard training opportunities would be nice for some of teenagers maybe looking for jobs for the summer?
