In addition to the efficiency of the staff I like the assortment of activities at the Y. I am especially appreciative of the pool for its availability and its rules on safety as well as the whirlpool and the sauna.
I enjoy the aerobic water exercise. The Y is always clean and people are friendly and great.
Silver sneaker classes
I love the YMCA Southgate! It is very clean and the employees are very nice and helpful. It has all of the machines a gym could possibly have. A great place to meet others while keeping in shape.
There are three things that I like about the Southgate YMCA. The staff is very friendly and willing to help everyone. Jamie in the morning is always so pleasant. I enjoy the people who come to the YMCA. They willing to welcome new people who so become old friends. Their gym is clean and in good repair.

Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. . 99 percent of the members are courteous and follow the rules . The rules protect and ensure everyone's ability to participate in the activity of their liking,

The Downriver Y is clean, the workout equipment is well maintained, and the new Pickleball hours on Friday are factors in keeping our Silver and Fit Membership at this facility.
The friendly workers greeting you upon entry and the cleanliness. Everyone seems so helpful and no one bothers you while your in there. Hopefully you will bring back the outside pool!
