The group classes are great and instructors modify exercises so beginners can participate along with the “pros”

the facilities are great, my health insurance pays the membership fee, I love the lap swim, and the people at the front desk are so nice and efficient.
I love their water aerobics program and the pool. I use the pool 6 days a week which keeps me in good shape.

A good active senior class. For osteoporosis and arthritis the weight bearing exercises and moving constantly is of great benefit.

I primarily use the pool to swim laps and enjoy the beautiful glass wall with a view to the woods outdoors plus the surrounding ceiling windows that allow in bountiful amounts of sunlight. Adding to this most beautiful pool in the Metro Detroit YMCA network is the friendly and helpful staff, most of whom know me by name including your own Swimming Coach Jill.
