I love the teacher and the classes. On the negative side I have been unable to register for classes online. There is no technical help. Make this easier please.
Everyone, staff and members, are so friendly. The facilities are clean. During covid, people are spaced apart, which makes me comfortable.

The Milford YMCA offers a beautiful, clean, place to exercise with friendly people.
You are greeted with a big "hello" when you walk in.
As you leave, you are sent out with "have a good day".

I love the Y and all the classes and amenities it offers. The staff is always very kind, the hours are convenient, not to mention child watch is a LIFE SAVER for an active mom. I would never go to another gym after being a member here. Worth every penny.

I really enjoy the instructors and classes at the Y. In general the office staff does their job but on several occasions when I have a question the answer has been I don't know.
A follow up of attempting to find the answer would be appreciated!!
Also, in the past when a class was canceled or had a different time such as last Saturday, I would have received a phone call or email.
Apparently customers are now on their own there when there is a change. There was no attempt to contact me and it is frustrating. I only heard thru word of mouth.
