The staff is very nice.
I like most everything but really , really miss tues 1 30 silver sneakers in the pool. Best time and best instructor, Sandy. Also, can someone, an employee NOT one of us old poops, remove chairs, etc for silver sneakers 11 30 Mon and Fri classes? Someone is gonna break their neck getting chairs, etc out of that cramped space. That equipment really shoved in there and we usually hv to find someone to unlock the room.

Classes are well ventilated and people socially distance. Helps me feel safer and not have as many covid concerns.
I love the friendliness of the staff. I'm shy about my abilities and stick mostly to the warm pool for my arthritis. I also had PT after my hip replacement there at the DMC.
Everyone is friendly and makes me feel like they want me there.
I enjoy the classes and hope to see even more in the future!

The staff is always welcoming and helpful, my local Y, Carls Milford, is very active in the community outreach, food, clothing drives and the Christmas giving tree. They make it very easy for me to help my neighbors.
