I like all the classes ~ for the fitness as well as the social aspect. The staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic.
The Silver Sneakers Classis workout is the best. Our instructor, Lindsay, is great. She always cheerful and friendly. If you have a problem doing a certain move she has an alternate you can do. It's a great workout. I do 2 classes weekly and would do more if they offered it.

The Carls family YMCA is the most beautiful facility I've been to in Michigan and several other States. The pool room itself is so beautiful having a floor-to-ceiling glass wall with a view of trees and woods outside, in addition to windows surrounding the top of the walls letting in plenty of sunshine and natural light. I've spoken with Coach Jill the pool manager several times to express my appreciation that they're open for several hours in the early morning and late afternoon/evening for lap swimming.appointments. I'm on a first-name basis with almost everyone working there as they are so welcoming and pleasant. The locker room and showers are always sparkling clean every time I go to swim, which is about every other day. Truly a magnificent facility that everyone should visit and join! In fact, I'm thinking of applying for a part-time position as a lifeguard just because it would be a pleasure to work with their great team.

The instructors are trained and carefully guide us through the excersise by reminding the Cass to maintain proper positioning to avoid injury and get the most benefit from the classes.

Instructors are awesome!
I love the water aerobics classes and will be happy when they can get back to normal and we don't have to sign up for the classes any more. I am very grateful for what we have been able to do since covid and the Carl's YMCA has done a marvelous job of coordinating making it possible for us to go back.
Love absolutley love the Milford Y, I swim 3x's a week and really appreciate the facility a great deal. The people there, the employees, have been just the best, always friendly, always helpful, and always accomidating. Thanks for being a part of the community and keep the great work up.
I joined the Carl’s YMCA in February 2020 (just before COVID). My experience has been excellent. I love the Silver Sneaker classes, but I also take advantage of other swimming and workout classes. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I am at Carl’s YMCA taking one, sometimes two classes a day.

Before the Chinese virus, I love the classes they offered, right now the time and classes that is available is not the same as before. I just wish they will have the same time and classes as before. In short, back to normal..
I enjoy the social experience., working with Lisa my pickle ball teacher. People are pleasant at the desk.
I like many things about it, there isn't one thing that I like better than another. Probably the best part though is the community. I enjoy talking to people I know and making new friends.
